Great things never come from comfort zones.
Why motivation doesn’t last long?
Why do we need to motivate ourselves everytime we need to do something?
Is motivation real or is it something people do to hypnotize us?
These questions has been asked several thousand times by people in their minds. Also, when I complete a seminar, someone from the audience always come to me ask how do we sustain this motivation which we got from the seminar for long term?
The answer to this is very simple and here’s a secret no one’s telling you.
Motivation doesn’t last because it isn’t meant to last.
As simple as that.
Do we ever ask why you need to brush, bath, sleep or eat daily? No.
Then why do we expect motivation to stay daily?
We do this because motivation makes us feel inspired and creates hope that the future will be what we want it to be. The result? We are ready to accomplish anything.
But for that, we need to fight the reality and reality is dirty where very few people want to put their hands.
And then, we complain and blame motivation for our failure.
But the problem is not motivation but our mindset which is wrongly set.
So next time when you question this, think about why you brush daily and put motivation in the same category. It also has it’s limitations.
